Movement and Gait Analysis

Movement Analysis -  The Squat

A 2 hour seminar, teaching the assessment of the movement of a bdoyweight squat, common squat issues and how to correct commonly seen faults.

 

Ensure you can coach the fundamental bodyweight squat before loading your client.

 

Seen a client's knee cave inwards on the squat? Want to know why?

 

How about a forward lean? This course addresses these commonly seen faults and gives you methods of correction.

 

This course mixes theoretical evidence based talks with practical sessions to ensure the participant comes away with skills they can implement the next day with their clients.

 

Please wear appropriate clothing for participating in the practical elements.

 

 

 

Please bring your own lunch, light refreshments ie. tea/coffee will be available, there is a Sainsburys located approximately a 5 minute walk away.
