Knee Assessment &


A one day course covering knee anatomy, range of movement, injury testing, functional mobility tests,  common injuries and how to treat and rehabilitate using a safe and effective rehabilitation plan. The course will include ACL conservative managment and post surgery, ITB syndrome, Meniscal injury, patella tendinopathy and more.



A practical course aimed at therapists who struggle to know which exercises to give to their injured clients. This course will give you ideas of rehab aims to enable the efficient recovery of your client and athlete with a knee related injury.


This course gives students research led, evidence based methods to enable the student to create a progressive knee rehabilitation program taking their client or athlete back to sport or better!



This course mixes theoretical evidence based talks with practical sessions to ensure the participant comes away with skills they can implement the next day with their clients.



Please wear appropriate clothing for participating in the practical elements.



Please bring your own lunch, light refreshments ie. tea/coffee will be available, there is a Sainsburys located approximately a 5 minute walk away.
