Exercise Classes



Padwork Class

A combination of boxing with pads and circuit training to prodcue a diverse, all bdoy workout, mixing strength training with high intensity training to acheive some fantastic results.

We ensure there's a friendly atmosphere and all the exercises are adaptable to suit any fitness or mobility level.
